So this is how we send our fabulously delicious spicy products to you.

We use Hermes, not the Olympian deity/emissary and messenger of the gods, Hermes the Parcel People. They’re pretty dependable when it comes to shifting Spicy Goods.

To keep costs down we use their 2-3 day Standard delivery option which has FREE parcel tracking included, woohoo!!

We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 days. If you haven’t received your parcel by day 5 please drop us an email and we’ll look into things.

When we eventually expand our enterprise, we shall include a Next Day option and soon after that an International option and in the not too far distant future, possibly Inter-Galactic mailing options.

Prices ascend based on weight of parcel, ranging from £2.95 Under 1kg to £8.60 Up to 15kg, nice.

It’d be really helpful if you double, maybe triple check you’ve added a correct address for our mailing chimps, they’re good, but they only use your supplied information. Missing parcels may take some time to boomerang back to us. Additional costs or redelivery charges may be applied. All items carry our return address.

Refunds, Returns etc

Returns:

If for some strange reason, you feel the urge to return or actually change your mind about your purchase, please notify us by sending an email including your order number. Then we will then process your return.

You can also return an item for the following reasons, such as it being faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose.

You have 14 calendar days to return your item. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspection of the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or exchange product where applicable. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Cancellations 

Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel a purchase begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.
